Siphon Drainage Systems – HDPE Pipe

The HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) pipes used in Yude siphon drainage system have the following advantages:

  • Excellent welding performance: the joints are made by heat fusion butt welding technology, which is completed in the working room to ensure the welding quality. For parts that are difficult to connect on site, special electric welding pipe clamps and electric welding packages are used to weld, a method that eliminates leakage and ensures the overall sealing of the piping system.
  • High construction efficiency: If the construction space conditions allow, the whole section can be prefabricated, and this prefabrication method can significantly save on-site construction time and speed up the project progress.
  • Highly flexible and robust: HDPE pipe itself is extremely flexible and impact resistant, and is not easily broken even under extreme conditions.
  • Suitable for complex environments: HDPE pipes can be buried in concrete and have good seismic performance, making them ideal for use in earthquake-prone areas or where extra protection is required.
  • Wide temperature adaptability: the pipe can be used in extreme temperature conditions, from -200°C to 80°C, which makes it suitable for a wide range of climates.
  • Resistance to abrasion and clogging: the HDPE material has good resistance to abrasion, and can effectively resist the abrasion of solid materials such as stones and sand. At the same time, the internal surface of the pipe is smooth, making it less likely to accumulate dirt and impurities, reducing the risk of clogging.

Yude’s HDPE pipe is designed to meet the requirements of CJ/T250-2007 for HDPE pipes and fittings used in building drainage systems.

  • High Strength and Flexibility: PE pipe exhibits excellent resistance to external forces and flexibility, with an elongation at break reaching up to 350%.
